With the lead list, you have all active leads in view. Display filter options or the live forecast and use smart filters and various inline tools for targeted processing.
(English image not yet available)"Leads" (1) lists all ongoing leads and serves as your management hub. The central figure at the top shows the current weighted volume of all active leads and indicates the likely future revenue (probability of acquisition stage x lead volume).
Customising Acquisition Stages
Assigning Time Period for Live Forecast
When a time period is assigned, MOCO distributes the weighted volume evenly across this period. Display this chart via the icon at the top right (2). The forecast updates live when adjustments are made via the list:

Filter Options
Use the icon at the top right (3) or the keyboard shortcut "F" to display the filter area and quickly filter by stage, company, keyword, etc. "Q" filters your leads with a single click.

The smart filters assist in management. They allow you to filter directly by a stage and process it – or by overdue leads or those where you need to adjust the time period.

Labels
With labels, you can specifically mark or categorise leads. If you select multiple leads at the front, you can assign labels collectively with one click.

Emails Automatically Captured
Forward emails directly to the lead address (1) or include them in CC/BCC. The email text will then be automatically recorded as a comment (2).

With time tracking on leads, you can accurately quantify acquisition efforts that did not result in success.
Activate
To enable time tracking on leads, select an internal project in the settings where the hours should be recorded.
More about the setting
Individuals assigned to the project can now log time directly on leads through this project (1). Tip: You can also click directly on time tracking in the top right of the lead (2). The lead will then be pre-selected for time tracking.

If you create a project from the lead, you can directly transfer the hours. This way, the costs are included in the project. If needed, you can also set the service to billable and adjust the hourly rate.

For pitches, you can also create a project directly from the lead (the link is automatically created). If the pitch is declined, you archive the project.
