(English image not yet available)Central List
Use the “To-dos” menu item (1) to access the central list. By default, it shows all to-dos you have access to. Use the various filters to narrow down what you see.
What I’m Responsible For
Use the “Responsible” filter (2) – or the Q shortcut – to limit the list to items where you’re set as the responsible person. This shows you all open to-dos across your projects, leads, companies, etc. – regardless of who they’re assigned to.
Filter: Area & Assignment
Ideal for team leads or your regular check-in: review all to-dos for a specific area, or filter by a specific person to see what’s currently assigned to them.
Smart Filters
Three smart filters (3) help you keep track:
- Overdue: All to-dos where the due date has passed.
- No Date: To-dos that don’t have a date assigned yet.
- Unassigned: To-dos that aren’t assigned to anyone yet.
Combine the smart filters with the other filters – for example, all overdue to-dos in your projects, or all unassigned to-dos in open leads.

Note on action required
MOCO highlights any currently overdue personal to-dos or to-dos assigned to you with a blue dot.
(English image not yet available) By default, the list is sorted by due date. This keeps the most urgent items in view – and also lets you quickly see what’s coming up over the next few days.
(English image not yet available)Mark as done
As you’d expect with to-dos, you can mark them as done (tick them off). You can bring up completed items at any time via the filter.
Filters
Filter the list by area if you want to narrow it down to specific to-dos, or use the search for specific keywords.
Stay informed on the go & capture personal to-dos
Stay informed on the go: to-dos are part of the MOCO iPhone App.
