Specific inquiries are directly recorded as active leads with an acquisition stage and automatically sorted into your "Leads" worklist. Capture all relevant details:

Give the lead a descriptive name. If you don't want to record a company in MOCO for some leads yet, simply include it in brackets in the lead name.
Company, Contacts (2)
When recording a lead, a company or contact doesn't need to be present. You can assign these later – or use the offered blue links for quick creation.
Up to two external contacts can be assigned to a contact. Additional contacts can be linked in the neutral "Additional Info" field for special situations.
Responsible (3)
Like a second contact, a second responsible person can also be recorded. For example, for a deputy or team colleague.
If you assign another responsible person to a lead, they will be notified.

This information is optional but relevant if you want to maintain a complete revenue forecast.
Estimated Timeframe (6)
This information is optional but relevant if the lead volume should be distributed over a specific period. MOCO then shows you the distribution in the graphic directly in the worklist, in the report/business dashboard, and in the financial forecast.
Next Action (7)
Reminder for your lead. On the set date, MOCO reminds you of the due date via the inbox. This ensures that no agreed appointment is missed.
Custom Fields (8)
Enhance your lead data with your own details. You can find the lead using these details through the global search (magnifying glass top right), and the data is also part of your Excel export, allowing you to quickly evaluate it. See also Labels & Custom Fields

The lead form can be enriched with Custom Fields (see figure above No. 8 for examples). Various field types are available: text fields, dropdowns, date fields with notifications, etc. Record Custom Fields in settings

Labels – Short-term Marking or Individual Categorization
Click on a grey marking bar in the list (1) to create or assign a label. With at least one assignment to a label, MOCO shows you the filter option in the side menu.

You can create potential proposals within the lead through the side navigation "Proposals". Alternatively, you can assign already created proposals to the lead afterwards.
The total of all proposals will then be updated on the lead's detail page.

Automatic Lead Capture
Through Zapier, Make, n8n or directly via API, a lead can be automatically generated from a website form inquiry. When capturing a lead, enter all known details such as stage, contact, volume, expected timeframe, and next action date.
