- To start with a specific amount, record a payment without an invoice under "Invoicing" > "Payments" > top right "+".
- If you do not (yet) record incoming invoices in MOCO, you can enter the sum of (actual and planned) account outflows under "Fixed Costs" to still assess your cash flow.
- If you do not record payments in MOCO, you can mark all invoices of a month as paid with one click. This way, the revenues are visible in the cash flow graph.
Invoices vs. Expenditures
Combines the previous reports under Expenditures and Invoicing. The net amounts of incoming and outgoing invoices are compared. The invoice date is decisive. This provides a comprehensive overview of
- Invoices (billed amounts without drafts) and expenditures (recorded incoming invoices) per month
- Monthly difference
- Composition of the billed amount regarding the invoice status – under the "i"
- Difference between invoices and expenditures to date
- Currently billable amount
- Billable and planned billable amounts (invoicing plans + recurring additional services + planned effort projects) are displayed as grey bars. Clicking on them downloads the breakdown as an Excel file.
