Project: Group Additional Services and Control Costs.
Additional services can be grouped to control "cost pots." This allows for monitoring costs (middle column in the screenshot!) at another level, alongside the overall additional services budget (sales price/total from Proposal).
Create a Group and Assign Additional Services
1. Create a new group using the "+": Name it, choose a budget and a colour.
2. The group is displayed at the top level.
3. Assign additional services individually or through multiple selection.

Working with Groups
- Budget control via progress bar: The costs (middle column) of assigned additional services are tracked against the group's set budget.
- Filter by assigned additional services: Click on the group.
- Manage groups: Use the pencil icon on the right to manage groups (name, colour, budget amount, delete).
- Groups (e.g., an incidental expenses flat rate) can be directly adopted from Proposals:

Practical Examples
Catering
In a Proposal for an event, a position for catering was estimated. The exact costs and services needed are not yet clear, as the final number of participants is still unknown. In addition to snacks from the delicatessen, hostesses are to be booked and table decorations purchased: A group is created for the estimated budget, and the commissioned services are created and assigned as additional services. Upon receipt of the Invoice (and recording under "Expenditures"), it is assigned to the additional service.
Incidental or Personal Expenses Flat Rate
For incidental expenses, a flat rate of 2% on the net amount is set in a Proposal. The incidental expenses are not itemized but should be internally controlled to curb spending if necessary or inform the Client of any potential additional effort in a timely manner: All recorded Expenditures are captured and assigned to the group. At the end of the project, the Proposal is settled with the flat rate.

Technically Up-to-Date
Technically, the additional services have been completely rewritten for better performance and UX (live display of budget changes, etc.).
