This is what the accounting connection includes
The accounting export for incoming invoices works just like for outgoing invoices: With the Abacus export, you receive invoice data and documents as a zip file, which you can use directly for import into Abacus.
Matching & Creation of Suppliers in Abacus
- New suppliers are automatically created with the next import of related expenditures into Abacus.
- Identification is done via the creditor number: Unlike clients, suppliers in MOCO do not have a numbering system yet. Therefore, MOCO uses the creditor number, which can still be set individually when accounting is enabled.
Note
The Abacus export is currently designed for expenditures in CHF. Foreign currencies are provided, but no exchange rate is included.
