Commands at a Glance

The following new tools are now available via the MOCO MCP interface:

Contacts

  • find_contacts – Retrieve contacts
  • create_contact – Create a new contact
  • update_contact – Update a contact

Leads

  • find_leads – Retrieve leads
  • create_lead – Create a new lead
  • update_lead – Update a lead

Examples of Use

After your sales call
The initial call is over, and the potential client has shown interest. Briefly tell the AI chatbot who you spoke to and what it was about. The AI creates the contact in MOCO and immediately sets up a related lead.

Keep an eye on your leads
Want to know which leads are currently open, or what your pipeline looks like? Just ask the AI chatbot — it pulls all relevant leads from MOCO and gives you a quick overview.

Assess capacity
A promising lead, but can you actually commit? Have the AI compare the lead details with ongoing projects and scheduling in MOCO, and check whether, and when, you have capacity for a new job.

How to Use the New Tools

To use the MCP tools, you need an MCP integration connected to your MOCO account. Here you can find information about the integration. If you already have an MCP integration, you may need to reconnect (depending on the AI agent) and actively select the new actions in the integration settings.
