At the end of the month, invoices are automatically generated in Bexio for each client based on the hours recorded in MOCO.

Migrate projects and hours from Bexio to MOCO

A client switched from Bexio to MOCO for project and time management but wanted to avoid manual migration of existing projects and recorded times. An automation was developed to migrate all data at the transition point.

A client manages projects and resources in monday.com and wanted all absences from MOCO reflected there. We created a synchronisation tool for this purpose. Additionally, all projects in monday.com are linked with MOCO, allowing recorded times in MOCO to be easily inserted and synchronised in the project overview in monday.com according to the work package.

When a deal is marked as won in monday.com CRM, a project is automatically created in MOCO with the data already recorded in monday.com CRM.

Export financial data to Abacus

A client required a specific data format for Abacus. We extracted the data from MOCO, converted it into the desired format, and forwarded it to Abacus.

Synchronise master data from MOCO with all other company tools

The aim of this solution was to connect MOCO with the financial accounting tool, CRM, and HR tool, synchronising master data like contacts and companies in real-time across all platforms.
