MOCO + 3CX – VoIP

The 3CX Phone System is a software-based, modern VoIP phone system. VoIP phones utilize existing IT infrastructures. No separate cabling or traditional telephone network is required. Together with MOCO, 3CX can be used ideally.
Benefits of Integration
3CX displays caller details from MOCO for incoming calls
With the setup, all information is provided so that 3CX can display caller details for incoming calls (no synchronization to 3CX).
Clicking on the phone number in MOCO initiates the call
For outgoing calls, you can click on the tel-links stored with each phone number in MOCO. This opens the 3CX app and makes the call. Background: Contacts from MOCO cannot be directly imported into 3CX, which is why direct dialing of MOCO contacts from 3CX is not possible.
