Quick Wins: New Standard Filtering for Invoices, Timesheet Export & More.

Previously, the filter was set to all invoices of the current year (excluding Draft and Ignored statuses). This had the disadvantage that at the beginning of January, no ongoing invoices from December were displayed when visiting the list.

Now, MOCO defaults to filtering invoices regardless of the time period (excluding Draft, Ignored, and Paid statuses). This focuses the work list on invoices that are still outstanding.

Total invoiced amount still directly addressed in reports
The amount invoiced in the current year up to today can still be seen in the Company Report and the Invoicing Report. Clicking on the number takes you directly to the corresponding filtered view (the previous one). The amount of open invoices is also linked there.

Update 04.02.22 Due to numerous feedback that the previous method was preferred, we decided to revert. A new Smart Filter "Open" is now available, which filters all open invoices with one click.

A filterable timesheet is still in the works – until then, the new annual export offers added value: All recorded project hours of the year can be downloaded for personal analysis. 

When creating a project, the client selection directly shows the client number (if available).

Personio Integration
On the settings page, you can check if all users are indeed synchronized: If the email address does not match in both systems (a prerequisite), these individuals are listed there.
