More updates for your automations: from new endpoints for planned purchases and leave requests to handy filters in time tracking and Billing.

New Endpoints

Planned Purchases
Planned purchases are now available via the API for reading and writing – including cost centre and recurrence frequency – plus webhooks for automatic notifications when changes are made.

Leave Requests
You can now retrieve leave requests – leave, sickness, or neutral absence – and filter specifically by person, approving person, type, or status.

New Actions

Time Tracking

Filter time entries by day and external ID
Time entries can now also be filtered by day and external ID ("remote_id") – useful if you’re reconciling time entries with a connected system. Multiple comma-separated values are also supported.

Filter time entries by lead
You can also filter time entries by lead – the associated lead is shown directly on the time entry.

Set billable hours separately
If billable hours differ from the time actually worked, you can now set this directly on the time entry.

Update a running timer
Even with a timer running, you can adjust the time retrospectively via the time entry – you no longer need to stop the timer using the "stop_timer" attribute.

Billing

Filters for invoices and payments
You can now filter invoices by multiple companies and projects at the same time. For payments, filtering by multiple invoices is now possible.

New Data Fields

Letterhead for invoices
When creating an invoice, you can now set the letterhead: use "letter_paper_id" to select a specific letterhead, or "without_letter_paper" to create the invoice on "White".
