Listing of Home Office Days for Accountants
For each employee, all home office days are automatically recorded in a CSV file and sent via email on a specified date. (Columns can be defined)
Weekly Team Report
An email with the Target-Actual hours and the deviation (+- hours and holidays and absences) is sent to specific users (e.g., team leaders) at a defined time (e.g., Monday morning).
Project Time - Working Time Reconciliation
In many companies, working time is expected to match project time. If deviations exceed X seconds, an email is sent to the user.
Reminder: Break Time Not Taken
If no break is booked after a defined working time (e.g., 6 hours), the user receives a reminder to take a break.

Reminder: Missing Description for Project Time
If a user forgets to add a task description, they receive a reminder to provide the description.
Unfinished Working Time Recording
If an employee forgets to end their working time, they receive a reminder at the end of the day.
Automatic Project Time Booking
Project times can also be booked automatically – the following options are available:
- Fixed time (e.g., one hour every day on Project XY)
- % of the working day (e.g., 30% of working time on Monday and Thursday on Project XY)
- % of unbooked project time goes to Project XY (e.g., 100% of unbooked time goes to Project (Executive Activities))
Time Account Over- or Underruns
If adjustable thresholds (e.g., -10 hours or +80 hours) are exceeded or undercut by employees, a defined user (e.g., HR department, management) receives an email.

Automatic Holiday Account Booking
The employee's start date and holiday entitlement are recorded. On the due date, the holiday entitlement is automatically credited back to the holiday account.
