Invoicing: Define CC Email and Store Information for Invoice Issuers.

Previously, within a project under "Invoicing" > "Edit Invoicing Info?" (see illustration), it was possible to override the billing address and the invoice email for the project. Three new options are now available:

Predefinable CC Email Address for Invoice Dispatch
In the client form, if the CC email address should be set for all their projects during email dispatch. This can be overridden within the project itself.

Record Note
For specific invoicing requirements, a note can be recorded here.

Automatically Attach Timesheet
With the checkbox selected, MOCO automatically integrates the corresponding timesheet into the invoice PDF during dispatch (previously selectable in the mail dialog).
