How does daily billing work?

Users cost 15 EUR per month. All persons listed under 'Active Persons' are counted as users. If persons are added or deactivated in the middle of the month, MOCO calculates proportionally on a daily basis. For this reason, the number of users or the amount on the invoice may be odd.

Are the costs dependent on user roles?

The costs are independent of the functions used. Access rights can be reduced or expanded at any time.

Cost control for freelancers / externals?

Users can be deactivated at any time. For example, freelancers can be activated only during working hours and MOCO will only calculate this activated time.

How does support work at MOCO?

MOCO is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) with > 40'000 users without a contract. As a product team, we personally take care of all your concerns. This has proven itself for the following reasons: Ensuring the best possible service quality. Problems and suggestions come directly to us (further development closely based on general needs). The subscription costs can be kept low for everyone. All users can contact us via the in-app service at the bottom right in MOCO. We respond promptly. Tip: Describe the request well and send a screenshot – this is the most efficient way to clarify a question for both sides!

Is there an online demo?

Yes. You can test MOCO for 30 days free of charge. The demo account can be converted into a paid account at any time.

Are training sessions possible?

Yes. On request, MOCO offers individual online sessions.

Where can I find a kind of "manual"?

On the website under » Features all areas and topics are illustrated and described.

Do you also have videos?

On our » Vimeo video portal you will find tutorials on various topics (regularly updated).

Can I also subscribe without a credit card?

Yes, MOCO can also be subscribed via SEPA direct debit. The option is only available in EURO countries. Attention: In case of withdrawal, penalty fees are incurred, which we pass on.

Do I have access to backups?

Backups are created twice a day. However, access to the backup is only possible with a Private Cloud (booking of your own server instance). Each account can regularly use the export options and if very important data has been deleted by a user by mistake, we can restore an earlier state from the backups on request. » More information on security & operation

Will I be informed about further development (included in the subscription)?

In the app, always click on the bell in the top right corner when it turns red! In addition, we send an overview of the latest updates to the account holder 4 times a year.

Can I manage two companies within one account?

If the companies are legally separate or if you need a separate invoice number range and separate reports, it is recommended to create one account per company. If persons are registered with the same e-mail address, they can simply switch between the accounts at the top right (globe symbol) .

Where can I access my subscription invoices?

All invoices are available for download in the settings under 'Subscription'. If you also provide an e-mail address for the invoice address, MOCO will automatically send the invoice to this e-mail address as well.

Announcement: Planning V2 Available Online from Week 35

The new planning system, including series entries and further performance optimisations, will be available online for everyone from week 35. For accounts still using V1, rest assured: existing entries will be carried over, and previous functionalities are covered.

Hello V2

It's finally here. Planning V2 can fully replace the previous planning system, offering greater flexibility and reliability in planning. In addition to the approximately 100 Early-Bird accounts, all other accounts will now be migrated. All existing entries will be transferred. We highlight the changes compared to V1 under "What's Been Optimised".

Information for Newcomers

On your first visit to the new planning version, you'll be greeted with an information message. This links to this news page and also offers a small video tutorial!
It's best to refresh open browser windows to update the app.
Decimal numbers in project entries result from the precise conversion of previous entries into specific hour numbers. In the future, the number of hours can be selected directly when making an entry.

People are creatures of habit, and it may take a few days to get used to the new look and functionality. Give yourself 1-2 weeks to adjust. Feedback from Early Birds has shown that you can acclimate well and appreciate the optimisations!

What's Been Optimised

✅ More generous appearance with more space for planning by reducing people to avatars + tooltips.

✅ The project bar at the top is removed – remaining hours are displayed in the entry when selecting a project.

✅ Entries can be dragged/clicked in – even over multiple days.

✅ Hours per day freely selectable – including quick selection option.
✅ Weekends can also be planned normally.

✅ Multiple projects can be entered in one day: Allows for more detailed planning in the coming weeks if needed.

✅ Days can be overplanned.

✅ Entries can also take 0 hours: e.g., as placeholders for unconfirmed orders or marking milestones/deadlines.

Tips

Move entries via drag and drop – copy with the "Alt" key pressed.
Adjust the colour for the entry or the entire project with a right-click on the entry.
