Focus on Billability

The revamped personnel report places greater emphasis on billability and its progression throughout the year. For instance, a newly hired employee will initially show lower billability, which increases after their onboarding. This makes the billability figures more transparent and the annual total more comprehensible.

For a comparison to the team average, the corresponding grey curve is shown in the background.

What exactly is billability again?
Billability compares the recorded billable project hours with the target. For example, on an 8-hour day: Person A records 2 non-billable hours and 6 billable hours = 75% billability. Person B works overtime and records 2 non-billable hours and 8 billable hours = 100% billability.

The team report contains the same report fields for billability. For a comparison to the company average, the corresponding grey curve is also shown in the background.

Number of Billable/Non-billable Hours Adjusted

The previous display of the proportion of billable versus non-billable hours as an orange-green donut chart has been reduced and placed directly at the top left next to the hours bar chart in the appropriate context. Additionally, the total recorded project hours are specified.

The team report features the same display.
