Planning V2: Display of Utilisation/Capacity Directly in Planning & Recurring Holiday Entries

As we move towards the online launch for everyone, the early adopters are already benefiting from the following two new development steps:

With the recurring entry under "Absences" at the top right (1), you can now enter holidays for all individuals at once, just like in the old planning system.

The utilisation per week is tangible as a number on Fridays:
If an employee is utilised between 80 and 120%, it is considered well-planned, and the number is only displayed on mouseover (2). If utilisation is below 80% or above 120%, the number is shown directly as an alert (3).

The number updates live as you plan.

Orange number → Number of overplanned hours
Grey number → Number of hours still available for planning

The basis here is always the recorded target hours according to the weekly model and the registered absences.

If no hours are displayed at all, the person does not have a weekly model (e.g., external or not recorded).
