Case Study: Why All That Brand Replaced Clockify with MOCO
At All That Brand, time tracking sat alongside MOCO for years rather than inside it – every month the team had to reconcile two systems by hand before they could invoice. After evaluating eleven tools, the agency has now moved time tracking into MOCO for good, where clients, projects, budgets, and invoices have lived since day one.
Who All That Brand Is
All That Brand (ATB), operating as Bozic IT Consulting, is based in Opfikon near Zurich. The four-person team works in a distributed setup and specialises in AI-assisted web development: websites in WordPress and Framer, cloud infrastructure, SEO/AEO, headless WordPress, automated QA, and workflow automation.
Their typical clients – including golf and sports clubs, aesthetics clinics, hospitality businesses, yoga studios, cultural consultancies, financial services, and publishing – usually come to them with an outdated website, a bilingual relaunch, a handover from a previous agency, or the question of whether AI search engines can even find them.

The Starting Point
Founder Aleksandar Bozic has used MOCO for over five years – first at his previous employer, and now in his own agency – as the commercial backbone for projects, quotes, invoices, and purchases.
Only time tracking ran separately at All That Brand via Clockify: four users, around 1,900 entries, and roughly 1,500 hours per year.
Each month, that meant: matching Clockify projects to MOCO projects, checking labels and billable flags, manually transferring totals – and repeatedly running into missing hourly rates, duplicate projects, or incorrectly booked time.
In July 2026, All That Brand therefore carried out a structured evaluation of time-tracking tools.

Why MOCO
Out of eleven MOCO alternatives reviewed (including Harvest, Toggl Track, Everhour, Timely, Hubstaff, and Productive), MOCO came out strongest functionally – “the cleanest long-term solution, because time tracking stays close to Billing, projects, and agency finances”, as Aleksandar summarised.
Every alternative would have been another silo alongside MOCO, and some would even have duplicated Billing.
That made the decision clear: consolidate rather than integrate.
Key factors were:
✔️ a consistent data model where client, project, and budget carry hours, costs, and invoices without any mapping
✔️ the open REST API, which All That Brand uses to control MOCO from within its own AI automation
✔️ the ability to allocate costs to projects as internal or re-billable
✔️ purchase receipts by email directly as drafts
✔️ solid multi-currency support (57% of costs are incurred in USD/EUR and posted at the actual CHF amount charged)
✔️ and Swiss VAT logic, including reverse charge and bilingual documents.

Day-to-Day Use
All That Brand deliberately does not use MOCO in full: they use clients/suppliers, projects, quotes, invoices, purchases, budgets, reporting, and time tracking.
Resource planning and CRM are not used, and delivery stays in Jira – MOCO is the commercial layer, not the task board.
Alongside Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub, n8n, and Claude Code, MOCO is the single source of truth in the agency’s stack: every client project is created in MOCO first, and everything else mirrors those names.
A good example is the multi-year website rebuild for Golf Club Schloss Langenstein, now expanded to include AEO. In MOCO, this is mapped across multiple projects and budgets over several seasons – with an end-to-end view of effort, costs, and revenue across the entire client relationship.

The Switch and What Changed
On the commercial side, the impact is already clear: since November 2024, All That Brand has posted 169 supplier costs in MOCO and issued 112 invoices, across 33 suppliers and around 24 client projects.
The monthly cost close, which used to take a whole evening, now takes about 15 minutes for roughly 19 supplier invoices – the first time, it still took two hours.
A review of all 154 cost records found zero data quality issues, and 183 bank, card, and Wise transactions could be fully reconciled against MOCO.

Conclusion
For All That Brand, MOCO is the only place that knows what their work is actually worth – every franc is tied to a client, a project, and a cost line. For a four-person agency, that is the difference between guessing and knowing.
MOCO is built around how an agency actually makes money, feels robust and uncluttered, handles the Swiss reality without fuss, and never gets in the way.
All That Brand recommends MOCO – especially to owner-led agencies that want to bring time tracking, Billing, and spreadsheets together in one place, and automate their back office via the API.

“MOCO feels robustly built: a fast, uncluttered interface, a strong API with good support for agentic workflows, plus clean project and budget tracking. I already used MOCO at my previous company and brought it with me into my new one – a great tool.” — Aleksandar Bozic, Founder, All That Brand
