Satisfaction with MOCO – 2020 Survey.
As we kicked off 2020, we asked our users in December about their satisfaction. Beyond individual proactive feedback, we valued a broad opinion. The 2-minute survey focused on the following four questions:
1. HAPPINESS → How satisfied are you overall?
2. SPEED → How do you find the loading times?
3. LIKE MOST → What do you like the most?
4. MISSING → What do you miss the most?
Data Basis
Out of our current 2200+ corporate clients, we anonymously contacted only those who have been using MOCO for more than 90 days. 603 account holders participated within the two-week period. Only question 1 was mandatory.

2. SPEED → How do you find the loading times?
While we can measure performance on our end and continuously invest in optimizations, we wanted to know how it truly feels for our users!
358 Perfect
201 Fast
32 Good
5 Okay
5 Could be better
2 Poor
→ Great! Our measuring tools are working. Please always let us know if performance lags and it's not due to your computer or internet connection! We are constantly optimizing. With many new users, some areas become slower. We prioritize addressing these.

3. LIKE MOST → What do you like the most?
We visualized the most mentions in the word cloud above. The ease of use stood out clearly. This is a crucial sign for us that we are still on the right track and can maintain our USP despite continuous development.
4. MISSING → What do you miss the most?
→ We are very pleased that many miss nothing.
Of course, there are also many different wishes. However, the following were mentioned the most, to which we would like to briefly respond:
New Mobile/iOS App
→ The new Mobile App for Android is currently being developed. For iOS, there was already a newly developed version, but we ultimately decided against this new technology. The newly set up iOS App will follow after the successful launch of Android.
More Detailed Planning
→ This is on the way. Continuing with a focus on quick rough planning for workload purposes, entries can be pulled in with hour packages. Smallest unit 1 hour.
Proposals (Purchase Price, Shifting, Partial Invoicing, Layout Options)
→ Here! A central theme for us in 2020 to deliver a lot in the area of proposals!
Personal Expenses
→ A basic version already exists. This will be refined and go online in 2020.
Subprojects
→ Nesting has been resisted so far – we plan to allow project grouping (as known from Photoshop, for example)
Accounting Integration
→ Also, prepare Expenditures from MOCO for accounting without manual typing and ideally categorized. Connect additional systems besides DATEV.
Bank Integration
→ Automatic payment reconciliation also for Expenditures. Ideally, make payments directly from MOCO (Expenditures). Generate direct debit collections. Direct bank integration for minimal switching between MOCO and banking.

Seemingly Missed.
Unfortunately, there are some things. Please always ask us via the service if something is missing. We can then show the way, and feedback helps us prioritize needs overall. Examples:
Currently creating a product/item to insert it as a fixed component in the invoice.
→ This is possible through predefined standard Additional services
quickly creating an invoice (outside of a project)
→ Invoices without a project are no problem
Connection between Expenditures and Additional services (Client projects)
Assignment of incoming invoices to projects, i.e., visibility when I am at the project level. It is not recognizable there.
→ Assignment is possible. It creates an Additional service (rechargeable cost position) in MOCO
Please omit: weekly email with week start wish, unnecessary
→ Weekly email can be deactivated in the profile (click on profile picture top right)
Client-specific price lists
→ Price lists for the Client exist
Incidental costs depending on the fee (%)
→ Can be realized through a percentage position
Exporting non-billable services to the Client.
→ Possible in the Timesheet (Filter "More Options"). Another option: share project report (restricted view)
Different VAT rates in an invoice
→ Generally not necessary due to the "main service – ancillary service" regulation
Search function by keywords within entered activities
→ Text search possible via the Timesheet "More Options"
