Creation of MOCO Lead and Proposal through Hubspot Deal Phase
As soon as a deal in Hubspot CRM moves to the "Create Proposal" phase, a lead and a proposal are automatically generated in MOCO. These are based on the data already recorded in Hubspot CRM and are linked there.
Project Creation Directly from Hubspot
After marking a deal as won in Hubspot, a corresponding project is immediately created in MOCO, integrating all relevant information previously recorded in Hubspot.
Automatic Win Notification in CRM and Team Notification upon Proposal Confirmation by MOCO
Once a proposal in MOCO is confirmed digitally or manually via the confirmation link, the system marks the corresponding deal in the CRM (e.g., Hubspot or Pipedrive) as won and notifies the team via Slack.
Holiday Preparation: Checklist via Slack
Before an employee's upcoming holiday, a checklist for holiday preparation is sent via Slack the day before (or on Friday if the holiday starts on a Monday), reminding them of important precautions like setting the email autoresponder.
Slack Reminder for Retainer Contract Renewals
When a time allocation in a MOCO project is nearing its end, the system sends a reminder via Slack to timely initiate a conversation with the client.
Automated Invoicing Plan Creation after Proposal Confirmation
After a proposal is confirmed in MOCO, a project is created. The terms of the proposal and payment conditions are analyzed using artificial intelligence, and the payment plan is automatically stored in the MOCO project.
Synchronization of MOCO Master Data with Other Business Tools
Continuous synchronization of MOCO data with other company tools, including the CRM system, phone contact book, and financial system, is ensured.
Regular Reminders for Employee Meetings
Based on personnel data in MOCO, team leaders are regularly reminded, approximately every three months, to conduct employee meetings.
End-of-Day Reporting to Team Leaders via Slack
Team leaders receive a daily report from their employees via Slack, detailing the hours worked and activities performed as an end-of-day report.
