After a meeting or video conference, do you want to log your time and wonder how many minutes and what description your colleague will enter? The meeting initiator can now easily share their time entry with other participants!

How to Share a Time Entry

In the time tracking system, you make your time entry as usual. After saving, click on "Share" next to the arrow on the right and select the relevant people. An identical time entry will automatically be created for these individuals. Additionally, they will be notified via email about the automatic entry.

All individuals assigned to the project are available for selection. For example, if it's a briefing for a pitch, it is advisable to book it under an internal project "Acquisition" or create a provisional project. More information here
