Copy Leads

Although this action should be rare, there are some clients who would like to copy leads. This is now possible – directly in the list via the dropdown or in the lead view via action (1).

Close Leads

If you set a lead to "Lost" or "Cancelled", MOCO will delete planned hours for you and set linked open proposals to "Ignored". If you don't want this, remove the corresponding checkbox in the new closing modal (2).

Register Clients Only When Creating Projects

You can now register the client directly when creating the project (3) . Until then, it's sufficient to note the company in the lead name. This speeds up both lead capture and project creation.

New Smart Filters

Those who have read the news on Leads in the Financial Report are already informed: There are two new smart filters to keep track of the timeframe for leads:
  • Without Timeframe: Record the expected project timeframe for all leads to keep an eye on your workload (and income).
  • Adjust Timeframe: Helps specifically to adjust outdated timeframes or to track down closed leads that may not yet have been set to a final status.

0% Probability for Acquisition Stages

Under Settings > Leads & Proposals, acquisition stages with 0% probability can be defined. What was previously reserved for "Contact Potential" now offers more leeway for individual use cases.
