Zapier provides an online service that enables seamless integration with 5000+ online business tools (web apps). Without any coding skills, this service can automate simple tasks and workflows.
Benefits of Integration
Zapier acts as an intermediary between web apps. Users create so-called "Zaps". A Zap consists of a "Trigger" and an "Action". The Trigger is an event in App A and the prerequisite for triggering an action (Action) in App B. Creativity has almost no limits:

Searching for a Contact Person by Phone Number
In MOCO, you currently cannot find the corresponding contact by entering a phone number.
With Zapier, you can create a workaround. Here's an example with MOCO+Teams:

1. Create a new channel e.g. "phonebook" in Teams
2. Use the Trigger for Teams New Message Posted to Channel
3. Search via MOCO Find Contact
4. Write the result back into the same channel using the MS Teams Action Send Channel Message

→ Collect time entries daily and send them to the team leader by email.

→ Record payment in MOCO (manually or via CAMT bank statement upload) and follow up payment reconciliation in other systems.

The Limits of Zapier
Zapier is useful for automation and workflows, but not for complex integrations that require flawless synchronization. In this case, Make or the MOCO API is certainly the better choice.
